Role Overview

This is a full-time opportunity as an Export Executive / Assistant Manager within a reputable Logistics company in the Central Region. As a key member of the export team, You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing all export activities related to air cargo shipments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinates with airlines and freight forwarders, and secure delivery of goods to global destinations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment logistics.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and clients to ensure timely and compliant export of goods. Plan and oversee logistics for export shipments, ensuring transportation arrangements and carrier coordination

• Provide support in the preparation of export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and export declarations

• Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Maintain adherence to export regulations, trade policies, and international shipping laws

• Assist in the development and implementation of export procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency. Prepare export shipment reports or incident reports if necessary

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless export processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields.

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Air Export operations or customs clearance within the Logistics / 3PL industries.

• Possess in-depth experience in export documentation, customs processes and freight operations.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage fast-paced, time-sensitive operations. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experienced candidates may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

• Able to commence employment at a short notice will be highly advantageous.
