· Reservations system management

· Provide operation support to Operation Manager to ensure the objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
· Being a liaison with staff and management
· Collection and analysis of customer data
· Hitting KPIs set by management
· To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time
· To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on schedule daily
· Ensuring the cleanliness of the outlet
· Opening and closing the store
· Other ad-hoc duties as required, including but not limited to helping with service and related marketing duties
