Bookstore Retail Associate (Up to $2,300/month + Bonus)

Working Hours & Salary

• 5-day work week

• Hours between 9:15am – 9:45pm

• 2-hour meal break

• 2 off days per week (roster-based)

• Gross Salary: $2,200 – $2,300 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases.

• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain attractive product displays.

• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation.

• Support promotional activities and sales events.

• Work closely with the team to meet store sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level; entry-level candidates with a positive learning attitude are welcome.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers of various age groups.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with good merchandising sense.

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
