Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

1. Project Handover & Compliance

   • Review sales handover budget with reference to company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.

   • Ensure all project operations comply with ISO standards.

2. Project Implementation & Monitoring

   • Oversee the full project life cycle within budget and schedule.

   • Guide engineers on:

     • Project scheduling and monitoring

     • Document and drawing submissions

     • Material procurement

     • Variation work quotations

     • System implementation and design

3. Site Management & Safety

   • Monitor site progress and take preventive or remedial actions for delays.

   • Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies.

4. Meetings & Reporting

   • Conduct weekly project meetings and submit minutes to the Project Director.

   • Prepare and submit reports such as weekly progress, quarterly revenue forecasts, and half-yearly budget reviews.

5. Cost & Financial Management

   • Prepare cost estimates, progress claims, interim certificates, and payment responses.

   • Manage project cash flow, stock control, and ensure timely payments from clients.

   • Review internal submissions (material requisitions, labour reports, staff claims, forecasts, etc.).

6. Coordination & Communication

   • Attend commercial and technical meetings.

   • Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to align project activities.

7. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

   • Ensure timely execution of FAT, testing and commissioning, training, and final project handover.

8. Leadership & Guidance

   • Provide supervision, guidance, and training to engineers and supervisors.

   • Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and procedures.

9. Procurement & Variation Orders

   • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment to site.

   • Manage variation order submissions and claims to secure approvals promptly.

10. Scheduling & Control

    • Develop project schedules aligned with customer milestones and track progress effectively.

11. Other Duties

    • Undertake any additional assignments as required.

Qualification:

1. Experience in ELV/SEC (Card access, CCTV & Etc) 

2. Min with 5 years experience.

3. Familiar on Integration with third party and network configuration.
