Responsibilities
Perform procurement of services / materials, including liaising with external contractors if necessary.
Maintain up to date records of maintenance, equipment, and parts inventory.
Lead technicians on the mechanical systems and services
Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
Plan, schedule, and execute monthly Preventive/Breakdown/Corrective maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide updates on work progress, technical issues, and improvement plans.
Ensure accurate and proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists, in line with ENGIE and client quality policies.
Monitor and ensure that all service delivery meets or exceeds the contractual KPIs.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the facilities management industry
Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
Hardworking and able to multi-task
Have good documentation practice
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
