As Manager, Finance Projects, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Budget-to-Report (B2R) transformation, bridging finance, data, and technology. Responsibilities:

• Assist Budget-to-Report (B2R) in compiling the necessary requirements for transformation purpose

• Assist in defining data dictionary for B2R related data and suggested governance with other highways.

• Assist in communicating B2R framework, guidelines and policies to respective corporate departments and Business units

• Assist in data model and process changes for S/4HANA implementation.

• Assist in delivering the management reporting data model for B2R, in conjunction with other highways

• Assist in coordination and discussion with internal stakeholders and external consultants for every matter relating to communication and project implementation, including continuous improvement enhancements.

• Assist the Project Team in presentation materials and minute taking during discussions and workshops.

• Assist in updating headcount PowerBI dashboard monthly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience gained in a corporate or MNC environment.

• Prior working experience in FP&A and able to structure the reports and designs in CPM that best suit FP&A requirements.

• Experience in Record to Report, Plan to Perform end-to-end processes would be advantageous

• People-centricity and autonomous, dynamic and results oriented with a can-do attitude

• Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with problem solving and analytical skills

• Communicates in a clear, succinct, organized and convincing manner verbally and in writing.
