Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Learning Quality & Systems plays a critical role in driving excellence in learning operations, systems, and governance. This role leads a team to ensure high standards of performance, oversees registrar and learning system functions, and leverages data-driven insights to strengthen learning effectiveness. By ensuring robust governance, quality assurance, and operational efficiency, the incumbent contributes to building a future-ready workforce and delivering impactful learning experiences across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Manage Operations – Oversee the registrar function, facilities and a high-performing team to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and a safe learning environment.

  • Drive Learning Systems Excellence – Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), resolve system issues, and ensure effective rollout, assignment and tracking of core programmes.

  • Strengthen Governance & Quality – Establish and reinforce learning policies, conduct ISO 9001:2015 audits and support external audits to uphold quality standards.

  • Leverage Data & Analytics – Conduct learning analytics, consolidate programme reports and propose targeted interventions to enhance learning effectiveness.

  • Engage Stakeholders & Councils – Partner with key stakeholders, manage the Certis Corporate University (CCU) Advisory Council and Associate Faculty, and provide strategic and administrative support to ensure alignment and relevance.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background – Degree in any discipline; WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is an advantage.

  • Leadership Experience – Proven track record in a leadership/management role, with the ability to guide teams and drive operational excellence.

  • Learning Systems & Analytics – Experience in managing learning systems or ed-tech tools, coupled with strong skills in data analytics to inform decision-making.

  • Sector Knowledge – Familiarity with Singapore’s adult education sector and/or workplace safety management will be a plus.

  • Core Competencies – Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; adaptable, collaborative, and able to deliver under pressure.
