Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.

• Select suitable cranes, lifting gear, and rigging equipment.

• Coordinate with project teams, crane operators, riggers, and subcontractors.

• Supervise critical lifts and conduct pre-lift briefings.

• Maintain lifting documentation and equipment certificates.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.

• 5 years’ experience in lifting operations, preferably with LTA/MRT projects.

• Knowledge of cranes, rigging methods, and lifting codes of practice.
