Duration: 3-4 months, Maternity Coverage

Working Location: Jurong East (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities

Assist with admin tasks such as data entry and database management
Prepare reports
Support other teams with ad hoc tasks as needed
Make outbound calls to patients and handle objections professionally

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office especially VLOOKUP and pivot table
Prior Experience in the service industry will be an advantage
