Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and behavioral programs to strengthen an improvement-focused HSE culture.

• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all fabrication sites.

• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure effective HSE integration.

• Oversee implementation of the project-specific HSE Management Plan.

• Deploy and manage qualified safety officers to support project activities.

• Perform HHE gap analyses during project bidding to identify key risks.

• Monitor HSE performance indicators to spot trends and drive improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Safety role

• Willing to work at the Batam, Indonesia shipyard
