Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor linen delivery robots to transport linen and amenities efficiently across guest floors and pantries.

• Handle loading/unloading of linen, and ensure timely collection and delivery between rooms and laundry.

• Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth robot dispatch and linen flow.

• Inspect and report linen quality issues, shortages, or equipment faults promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries, docking stations, and work areas.

• Support sustainability initiatives and assist with housekeeping operations during peak periods.

• Any additional duties within reasonable scope assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or equivalent with basic communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or linen handling would be an advantage.

• Able to lift moderate loads and handle linen.

• Basic communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn operation of robotics/automation systems.

• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.

• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
