Role Overview
The Regional Commercial Manager will drive the commercial strategy and execution for Link 2 Link Asia Pacific’s pet food portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through effective channel management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with global objectives.
Identify growth opportunities in emerging and established markets within APAC.
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve sales targets and profitability goals across multiple channels (retail, e-commerce, distributors).
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
Customer & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize value.
Market Development
Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns tailored to regional consumer preferences.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand visibility and engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor local commercial teams to deliver high performance.
Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG or pet food industry, with at least 3 years in a regional role.
Strong understanding of APAC markets, distribution networks, and consumer behavior.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus.

Regional revenue growth and profitability.
Market share expansion and brand penetration.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
Successful execution of strategic initiatives and product launches.
