Key Responsibilities

Design and synthesize new molecules and materials.
Participate in process development and optimization for ongoing projects.
Provide technical support across R&D initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proficient in organic synthesis techniques (exceptionally qualified fresh graduates are welcome).
Prior R&D experience in pharmaceutical or related industries is preferred.
Skilled in using ChemDraw, Reaxys, SciFinder, and other relevant chemical databases and software.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
