Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including verifying supplier invoices, processing payments, and maintaining AP schedules.
• Maintain and update vendor master data.
• Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in ERP accounting systems & DIVA reporting system is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
