SYSTEM ANALYST - #1129018

Responsibilities:

• New applications

  • Strategic planning in selection of applications

  • User specification write-up in accordance to user’s and organization’s requirement

  • Work with users and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions

• Applications support

  • Work in a team to manage and assist in IT project management and implementation

  • Liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support and upgrades

  • Perform coding, scripting, and testing for enhancements and bug fixes

  • Enhance and support internal application systems and data flows

• Governance

  • Support data governance and PDPA compliance

  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides

  • Assist in software audits and policy reviews

  • Network/infrastructure support

  • Phone system management

  • Printers

  • Licenses

  • Contracts

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or relevant IT certification

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in IT Project Management and system/application support

• Proficient and experience in using proper PM tools and methodology

• Coding ability (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, SQL, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker preferred

• Familiar with system integration, testing, and deployment

• Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill

• Mandarin proficiency (reading and communication) preferred, as the TCM system is in Chinese.

• Experience in Oracle Cloud & SQL

• Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices

• Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize

• Able to identify interdependencies when analysing problems and developing creative solutions

• Able to work independently, self-motivated and great team player

• Added advantage to candidate with prior experience working in healthcare institutions
