Brief Summary:
You will play a key role in executing production processes, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute production tasks independently while adhering to current guidelines, including working instructions, process descriptions, and hygiene standards.

• Participate actively in the Continuous Improvement process to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.

• Maintain a safe work environment through the implementation of 5S practices, ensuring zero workplace accidents.

• Ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks and engage in quality improvement initiatives to foster a culture of quality within the production cell.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational qualifications in a related field.

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
