Position: Senior/Retail Sales Associate (Godiva)

Working location: Changi Airport, Singapore

Working hours: Duty Roster Shift hours (Daily 8.5 hours work hours )

Job Summary : 

We are looking for driven Senior/Sales Associates who enjoy engaging with customers while providing excellent customer service. Senior/Sales Associate duties include selling chocolates and ice cream, ensuring sufficient inventory and general store upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day duties in the retail outlet to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide excellent product knowledge and customer service to our customers.

• Ensure food hygiene practices are in place.

• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a neat, organised and inviting store environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for F&B Retail

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience and a valid Food Handling Cert is preferred.

• Able to commit to retail shift hours 8.5 hours (Between 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 12 pm - 9 pm or 1.30 pm - 11 pm, including weekends and Public Holidays).

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• English is a must.
