Job Responsibilities:

·       Create job posting on different social media platforms

·       Identify and pursue potential members or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals and job fairs

·       Guide the new members on the registration process in the platform system, job requirements as per client request, payment and benefits

·       Job matching of candidates based on the staffing needs and work schedule for clients with our own automated system

·       Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants about the responsibilities, groom standards, salary and benefits of the job

·       Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points

Job Requirement:

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Achieving and maintaining targets

·      Strong sense of responsibility

·       Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Candidates with prior experiences in manpower outsourcing will be advantageous
