Responsibilities

* Align P&O initiatives and functions with overall business objectives and organizational needs.

* Provide daily performance management support and interpret P&O policies for line supervisors and managers.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process.

* Oversee, participate in, and review salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses, and allowance structures to ensure compensation and benefits remain relevant, competitive, and internally equitable.

* Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

* Evaluate and enhance P&O workflows, policies, and procedures while implementing productivity initiatives that motivate employees and strengthen business performance.

* Lead and coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs.

Requirements

* Degree in Business or a HR-related field, with at least 3 years (SE) / 5 years (AM) of HR business partnering experience.

* Strong professional presence and credibility, supported by excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

* Demonstrated track record of commitment and growth within an organization.

* Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.

* Agile mindset with the capability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
