Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of machines at customer locations.
• Install new test machines and implement software upgrades.
• Develop user manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of laser systems and instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to travel overseas on short notice.
• Flexibility to work on selected weekends and public holidays as per PM schedule.
• Self-motivated in acquiring technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with experience in machine maintenance.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication.
• Experience in customer support is an added advantage.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
