Printer Technician (Full-Time)

About Us
Our team serves both retail and corporate clients, mainly dealing with printer diagnose, troubleshoot and repair. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Printer Technician to join our service team.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laser printers and copier machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and part replacement (e.g., drum, fuser, rollers, toner system).
- Assist with on-site and in-shop service support, including installation and setup.
- Maintain service records, parts usage, and repair documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and admin team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Continuously learn new repair techniques and product updates.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: ITE / Diploma (in any field).
- Willing to learn and undergo technical training.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
