The Opportunity
LUXE INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and accounting support to our dynamic interior design company.
Responsibilities:
Filing, scanning & archiving of accounting documents.
Perform accounts receivable transactions such as issuing invoices, receiving payments & updating customer records.
Prepare & processing of Purchase order invoices & Delivery orders.
Prepare & processing of payments & reimbursements.
Manage monthly statement of accounts & follow up on overdue payments.
Perform general admin duties including filling, data entry and answering call
Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
Requirements:
Independent and self-driven personality
Part Time & Full time Position available
Familiarity and able to set up simple bookkeeping system
