Our client is seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Coordinate Maintenance: Plan and schedule daily maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution.

• Troubleshoot Equipment: Investigate and resolve faults, supporting both corrective and preventive actions to maintain reliable operations.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors for day-to-day services and major shutdown maintenance activities.

• Plan Maintenance: Assist in developing long-term maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability.

• Support Procurement: Monitor spare parts inventory and assist with purchase requests for tools and spare parts.

• Ensure Compliance: Complete documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs.

• Promote Safety: Uphold EHS policies and contribute to minimizing Major Accident Hazards.

Who are they looking for?

• Mechanical Expertise: At least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in chemical plant maintenance.

• Industry experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Engineer in a chemical plant environment.

• Technical expertise: Possess hands-on troubleshooting experience with chemical plant equipment and a solid understanding of maintenance technology.

• Process knowledge: Demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes in the chemical industry.

• Collaborative spirit: Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude towards driving work progress.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:15pm (OT is expected)

• Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport pick up at Jurong East MRT)

• Salary: Basic $3600 - $5300 + Allowances + AWS + VB
