What is your mission?
You are also required to perform these job functions:
Detect and analyse opportunities, targeting suitable organisations and target audiences to drive new business development that supports the overall company’s vision and sales strategy.
Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and determine possible solution
Collect and verify details of decision makers including full name, position title, email and contact number/
Reach out to decision makers and offer TDCX services and address customer enquiry
Coordinate with the regional BDs or Client Solutions Managers in developing a solution based on the gathered requirement/s from a prospective client
Manage various communication channels including IB/OB voice, video, email, chat and file sharing
Record and maintain data in Salesforce.com
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs
Share best practices, feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
At least a Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in cold calling and B2B sales management
Ideal if possess Contact Centre Management experience
Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Consultative seller
Result oriented and possesses a “can do” attitude
Proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail
Possess a great sense of urgency and follow through
Able to handle multiple initiatives under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
