Job Description & Requirements
Assist BD leader in business development strategies.
Assist in annual operating plans and target for the department.
Review sales & expenses budgets and evaluate periodically of the performance of the department and takes corrective actions as and when required.
Working closely with operation department to ensure smooth and timely execution and achieve excellent customer service.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients.
Communicate with customer for the deployment of machines related issue.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the vending industry or B2B sales.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
Preferable Singaporean/PR, due to limitation of quota.
