Broad Functions:
Assist Head of Community Programmes in the eddicient planning and operations of community projects
Support the development of partnerships and new services with other healthcare organisations
Manage projects to ensure that all projects meet the intended objectives, outcomes, and deadlines
Main Responsibilities:
Carry out quality control and compliance procedures
Conduct outreach activities and programmes
Develop informative materials
Guide volunteers in executive programmes activities
Identify areas of improvements in programmes.
Maintain daily records on clients' progress.
Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.
Plan the manpower roster for programmes.
Provide programme updates to supervisor.
Support the review and development of programmes based on client needs.
Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Coordinating staff and internal resources.
Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
Cover duties, whenever necessary and required.
Prepare reports (Internal and External).
Assist and cross over duties of other sections within the department when required.
Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in a related field of study (e.g.: social work)
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and dialects to communicate with the seniors
Proficient in MS Office
Positive and willing to learn
Highly adaptable and flexible
