Job Scope:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and guests, including conducting tours for unplanned visits.
Manage front desk operations such as phone calls, courier services, and member check-ins/check-outs.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle purchasing and inventory control of office and pantry supplies.
Support event logistics and preparation, including coordination of food and beverages.
Requirement:
ITE or Diploma in any field of study
0 - 1 Year of Receptionist / Front Desk Management Experience
Able to communicate with all level of personnel and guests
