Please note that this is a 6 day work week.
2 Types of Shifts:
- 4am to 2pm / 5am to 3pm / 6:30 am to 4:30 pm (any hours extra hours of this will be compensated)
Job Scope:
Assist in the preparation of food according to recipe cards, guests' dietary restrictions and preference and according to photographs
Must perform various type of cooking methods (example: big volume of wok stir fry dishes)
Assist in food preparation in all areas
Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard & presentations
Support in food production, stock and quality
Maintain cleanliness and standard of work station, including kitchen equipments
Engage in consistent food quality checks in terms of temperature and taste.
Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
Check ingredients for freshness and ensure proper storage.
Control portion sizes and minimize food costs.
Requirement:
Must to have catering and central kitchen experience.
Must be comfortable working in central kitchen environment
Those with food ordering experience will have advantage
Must have food hygiene certificate
Must follow company SOP strictly
Location : Bedok
OT will be compensated after working hour
