Job Scope
· Lead and supervise the lift and escalator service team
· Provide technical support, monitoring performance, and resolve technical/contractual matters
· Liaise with customers regarding service activities and ensure prompt follow-up
· Coordinate and monitor daily works activities to ensure smooth operations
· Prepare and conduct training sessions for the service team to enhance technical competency
· Prepare and submit management reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Minimum of 2 years of working experience in lift and escalator industry or in project management.
· Observe all safety compliances.
· Willingness to work after regular hours and be on standby when required.
· Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
