Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise bus routes using GPS data and operational insights

• Ensure fleet readiness, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance

• Supervise and support drivers and bus monitors

• Enforce safety standards and conduct incident investigations

• Oversee daily arrival/dismissal operations and on-site traffic coordination

• Manage address change requests and maintain updated records

• Handle ad-hoc and field trip bus bookings, including allocation and documentation

• Respond to emergencies and disruptions with timely communication

• Maintain accurate operational and audit-ready documentation

Key Requirements 

• Diploma in any field 

• With at least 1 year of relevant working experience 

• Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset

• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
