The Opportunity: Your Role

We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and meticulously detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the vibrant Woodlands North Region. This role is a crucial function within the company; as a Project Coordinator, you will be the engine driving the successful execution and delivery of diverse and challenging construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing: Core Impact

You will be the central figure orchestrating project success, with responsibilities including:

  • Project Leadership: Coordinate and monitor all project dimensions, including meticulous scheduling, optimal resource allocation, and task management.

  • Stakeholder Mastery: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaborative synergy throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • Documentation & Insight: Maintain impeccable project records, documentation, and reporting to provide clear, actionable insights into progress and proactively address any potential issues or delays.

  • Financial Stewardship: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and invoices to ensure robust financial controls are maintained.

  • Process Excellence: Identify, champion, and implement process improvements to significantly enhance project efficiency and productivity.

  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure unwavering compliance with all relevant industry regulations, stringent safety standards, and company policies.

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar project coordination or construction management role.

  • Communication Prowess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using industry-standard project management software and tools to accurately track project progress and workflow.

  • Site Expertise: Crucial hands-on experience in construction site operations, including a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
