About the role

We are seeking a passionate Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at the new Tumi store in Changi Airport T2. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our luxury retail operations. This is a full-time position based in the Changi Airport.

What you'll be doing

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

2. Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations

3. Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and payments

4. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

5. Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control

6. Contribute to the achievement of store sales and KPI targets

7. Provide a high level of product knowledge to advise and educate customers

8. Actively participate in staff training and development programs

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

3. Good product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products

4. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation

6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
