Our client is seeking a Associate Engineer / Technician - Facilities to join their team!

Join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where you'll conduct routine monitoring and maintenance of building facilities including central chiller systems, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment while providing essential production support. What you'll be doing?

• Facilities Monitoring & Maintenance: Conduct routine monitoring and spot checks of all building facilities to ensure optimal performance of critical systems including central chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC equipment.

• Project Coordination & Installation: Attend to facility works and M&E installations while effectively coordinating with contractors on repair works to maintain facility integrity and operational continuity.

• Production Support Services: Provide comprehensive support to production operations, assisting in machine installations including power hook-up, CDA, vacuum and process cooling water, exhaust pipe installation, and other setup activities.

• HVAC Equipment Servicing: Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHU, FCU, FFU, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment to maintain optimal environmental conditions and air quality.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Facilities, CEE, or equivalent qualification, providing a solid technical foundation for facilities management.

• Experience Level: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided to develop necessary technical skills and facility management knowledge.

• Environmental Knowledge: Working knowledge in cleanroom environment is preferred, demonstrating understanding of controlled environments and stringent cleanliness requirements in manufacturing facilities.

• Working Hours: 3-2-2-3, 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am (Fixed day shift / night shift)

• Working Location: Woodlands

• Salary: Basic $2600 - $3300 + OT + Shift Allowances + AWS + VB
