What You’ll Experience:

Rotational Exposure

• Gain hands-on experience across multiple departments including Training, Recruitment, Frontline Operations, Marketing, and Backend Support to understand the core pillars of the business.

Financial Advisory Sales Tour

• Learn how to manage client portfolios and provide sound financial advice—no prior experience in finance required.

Specialist or Leadership Track

• Depending on your strengths, you’ll be groomed to become a subject matter expert or take on leadership roles within the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• People-oriented and goal-driven individuals

• Curious minds with a keen interest in financial advisory or general finance

• Comfortable with rotation across functions, including sales tours and recruitment

• Willing to collaborate with Financial Consultants

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder
