Government Project (Customer Service Officer)

• 3- or 6-month contract

• East Region

• Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:30PM

• $12/hour

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email professionally

• Provide clear information and effective solutions

• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely case closure

• Deliver a positive and friendly customer experience

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma (No Exp ok!)

• O level - Must have customer service/call centre experience preferred

• Strong English communication skills

• Good computer and typing proficiency

• Singaporean only
