Employment Type: 2-Year Contract renewable and convertible
Salary: Up to $3,500 (based on experience) + Bonus
We are partnering with a well-established property & facilities management organisation to hire a dedicated Senior / Administrative Assistant to support their operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow.
Handle sourcing and purchasing activities to support daily operational needs.
Prepare invoices, perform data entry, and assist with scheduled reporting.
Coordinate necessary paperwork related to meter readings, carpark systems, M&E services, and other operational processes.
Assist with documentation for renovation works, reinstatement matters, and other tenancy-related processes.
Support communications and correspondence with tenants.
Liaise with authorities and perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work systematically.
