Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

What you’ll do:

• Deliver structured training programmes and manage end-to-end operations.

• Work with top trainers to ensure exceptional learner experiences.

• Drive improvements through feedback and programme innovation.

• Support Board/Committee secretariat matters and engagement events.

• Manage an exclusive alumni community of 500+ senior professionals.

• Build strong partnerships with industry leaders and trainers.

• Analyse market trends and lead curriculum development enhancements.

What you bring:

• Degree in Business, Education, Accountancy or related field.

• 5+ years of programme management, training coordination or stakeholder engagement experience.

• Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
