Responsibilities for sashimi Sushi chef.
Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality
Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness
Work closely with management to develop and enhance food menu
Development and compliance of SOP’s for operational consistency in the kitchen
Other ad hoc task assigned by management
Requirement for sashimi, Sushi chef.
At least 2 year Japanese sashimi or sushi experience
Good communication skills and able to work in a busy environment
Passion in Japanese Cuisine
Team Player
Responsibilities For Service cum kitchen crew.
At least 6 Months kitchen and Service crew experience
Fluent English speaker.
Prefer SG experience.
