Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and present innovative lighting design concepts
• Prepare and submit lighting plans, lux simulation reports, and power budgets
• Develop product proposals and detailed specification sheets
• Create graphic materials including brochures and 3D renderings
• Collaborate with project and sales teams during design meetings
• Provide on-site support for lighting focus and technical advice

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Strong background in lighting design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Photoshop, Dialux Evo, and Dialux
• Analytical and proactive in resolving technical issues
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
