Job Description:
Manage, oversee and execute production operations, processes and routines in accordance to the company's food safety policies and standards
Monitor, control and improve product quality
Identify and resolve operational problems in a timely manner
Initiates and implements process improvements and maintain production SOPs.
Plan and organize manpower including recruit, train and onboard new employees and production workers.
Perform routine safety checks on equipment
Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Food/Beverage is preferred.
Minimum 3 years' work experience in Food manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills; a team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6 days work week including public holidays.
Working Hours: 7am / 8am shift
