Requirements:

• Maintain full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and forecast in accordance to IFRS accounting standards

• Handle day to day account operations and be responsible for accounting processes and tasks

• Responsible for preparation of monthly management reports including the current month's closing results and 3-month forecast

• Reconcile intercompany balances/transactions and ensure account

• reconciliations are performed and reviewed

• Prepare weekly cashflow report, bank reconciliation and journal entries

• Handle annual audit and tax agent for annual filing

• Prepare GST submission and tax filing

• Assist in new processes and system implementation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Able to guide and manage a team of Accounts Executive

• Any other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Accounting and finance principles and practices

• Experience in project costing and accruals

• Good knowledge of ERP systems in general. Navision and SAP knowledge is helpful.

• Team player with confidence and maturity to work efficiently with different levels in the organization.

Education:

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting

• Accounting Professional qualifications
