Responsibilities
Build and maintain targeted lead pipelines across APAC through market research, sales intelligence tools, and industry analysis.
Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
Manage and nurture leads through CRM platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and pipeline progression.
Design and run data-driven prospecting campaigns, incorporating Generative AI to improve response and conversion rates.
Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
Support recruitment efforts by participating in candidate interviews, and onboarding activities.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, supporting relationship building and brand positioning.
Actively participate in the business community and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
What you’ll learn
How to research markets and identify commercial opportunities for digital transformation.
Practical lead generation and prospecting techniques used by real consulting and technology sales teams.
Professional outreach skills, including LinkedIn engagement, cold calling, and introductory client conversations.
How CRM systems are used to manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and support forecasting.
How to build effective value propositions and tailor messages for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Basics of commercial proposal creation, pricing considerations, and sales presentations.
How consulting teams collaborate internally to deliver client solutions using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Exposure to recruitment and talent assessment processes within a technology consultancy.
Insight into how consulting firms build trust, manage client relationships, and grow long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Available for a minimum 6-month full-time internship and currently studying in a Singapore university.
Naturally curious and commercially-minded, with the ability to tailor communication based on who you are engaging and why.
Strong listening skills with an interest in understanding client needs and supporting relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Keen to explore and apply innovative technologies, digital tools, and modern ways of working.
Confident and professional communicator, comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural team environment.
Proactive, dynamic individual with an interest in IT, digital platforms, and digital transformation.
Previous internship or exposure to business, technology, or consulting environments is a plus, but not required.
