Construction General Workers - #1128507

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers in construction activities such as concreting, formwork, rebar fixing, and bricklaying

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas

• Mix, pour, and spread materials like cement, sand, and gravel under supervision

• Perform basic site preparation and cleaning (e.g., removing debris, sweeping, compacting soil)

• Operate simple hand tools or basic machinery under instruction

• Follow site safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• Support supervisors and foremen in day-to-day site tasks

• Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately

Requirements:

• Must be able to assist skilled workers in construction activities and must be able to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and site operations preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• No formal education required; on-the-job training provided

• BCA certification or construction safety training (if required by site regulations)

Typical Salary Range (Singapore):

SGD $19–$32 per day depending on skills and experience (excluding overtime)
Overtime: 1.5x / 2.0x rate
