• Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and enhance efficiency across departments.

• Lead process improvements, including developing SOPs, conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to maintain high product quality, service standards, and cost efficiency.

• Analyze operational and quality data to pinpoint gaps and drive continuous improvement efforts.

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to uphold quality standards and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma Holder.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in F&B and Event Management industry is advantageous.
