Technical Sales Specialist (HVAC) - #1128413

Our client is global MNC, manufacturer of ventilation systems. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Specialist to be part of their Sales Support Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Specialist:

• Support application and project activities, including warranty verification, EC fan measurements, and on-site supervision for digital and retrofit projects.

• Handle customer inquiries on technical topics such as Intelligate Mesh, IoT, cloud systems, Modbus RTU, FanScout, and related solutions.

• Prepare project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, schedules, and permits to work.

• Provide technical support for digital solutions and assist in implementing smart ventilation systems.

• Work with cloud-connected devices via MQTT and handle on-site setup and integration.

• Collaborate with consultants, main contractors, and key project stakeholders throughout project execution.

• Manage and service existing customers to ensure strong relationships and continued business growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering field

• 2 -3 years of application engineer experience in ACMV
