• Weekend support | Wed - Sun: 7am - 3pm OR  3pm - 11pm (Can Choose)

• Working Location: East 

• WFH on Saturday & Sunday
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as the main contact for customers about their orders, delivery dates, and supply issues.

• Order processing – push for order placement according to capacity allocated or S&OP; order intake, price updating, documentation and commit.

• Order fulfillment – ensure customer’s orders are fulfilled in terms of quantity and time; Liaise with customer on replacement of scrapped product.

• Customer support– Attend to customer’s enquiry and request; understand the situation and liaise with internal parties for solutions.

• Send report to internal project team and inform customers for shipment tracking

• Co-work with MFG and PC to assess delivery schedule, notify customer the changes.

• Maintain optimum inventory level of supplies & finish goods

• Coordinate RMA from customers and do a warranty replacement, manage FRU and spares demand

• Shipment / delivery – Liaise with forwarder; issue delivery order and invoice; ensure timely delivery with correct consignee and pricing.

• Plans and coordinates product supply to make sure the company has enough stock to meet customer demand.

• Monitors production schedules to ensure factories are producing according to customer needs.

• Solves supply issues by working with production, logistics, and planning teams.

• Analyzes supply chain data to prevent problems and improve efficiency. 
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry

• Solid analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

• Experience with SAP or MRP systems will be an advantage
