Responsibilities:
 

• Set up, maintain, and update the document control system for all project records.

• Ensure accurate filing, storage, and quick retrieval of documents.

• Manage issuance, tracking, and revisions according to procedures and requirements.

• Distribute documents to project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• Maintain registers of all incoming and outgoing documents.

• Support project managers and site teams with document queries and compliance, ensuring confidentiality and version control.

Requirement:
 

• Diploma & above.

• Minimum 3 year of document controller experience.

• Experience from A1 maincon is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Application is a must.
