Key Responsibilities

Staff Management

• Hire, train, and supervise store staff

• Create staff schedules and assign duties

• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts

• Order merchandise and ensure timely replenishment

• Maintain organized product displays

Customer Service

• Ensure high standards of customer service

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints

• Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment

Sales & Store Operations

• Implement sales strategies and achieve sales goals

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency

• Support cashiering and POS operations when needed

Compliance & Security

• Enforce company policies and SOPs

• Maintain store safety and security standards

• Safeguard store assets and monitor loss prevention

Reporting & Administration

• Handle daily financial transactions

• Prepare sales and expense reports

• Report store performance to management

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant retail supervisory or store operations experience

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Computer literate (POS/Excel/Basic systems)

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
