Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the oversight, management, and supervision of the Contractor’s technical and engineering practices and standards.
- Ensure that the Facility Assets and Contractor Assets are efficiently and effectively maintained to achieve the outcomes of this contract.
- Ensure the effective functioning of the facility to provide an efficient and safe working environment for Building Users and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs.
- Serves as the liaison between the Contractor and Authority to manage the resources and operations within the Facility.
Minimum Qualification / Experience
- Degree in Engineering / Building / Facilities Management / Estate Management or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience and 8 years in similar position with related working experience in similar role.
