• Position : Legal Associate (Corporate & Litigation) - Up to $5,000 + Bonus

• Location : Raffles Place - Near MRT

• Working Hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Variable Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Litigation Support: Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and e-discovery processes, and preparing for trial.

• Corporate Support: Assist with corporate filings, maintain corporate records, and support commercial matters through legal research and document review.

• Case & Document Management: Organize, review, and index evidence and corporate documents; ensure the accuracy and timely filing of all legal materials.

• General Legal Support: Conduct legal research, prepare for client and internal meetings, and assist in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• Degree in Bachelor of Laws with legal supporting working experience of at least 1 year. 

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
